By commissioning me you agree to my Terms of Service

General

• I have the right to decline any commission, for any reason, of which I do not have to disclose
•I will not begin work until I recieve payment
•I am able to work with deadlines however if the deadline is within a week of commissioning I will charge an additional $20
•My work time is two weeks per logo I am often working on multiple logos at the same time. I will send you an update while working on yours, to ensure you like the direction it's going

Pricing

A logo is $60 USD, Commercial Rights included comes to $120 Total!

I only accept payment in USD through Paypal

•Prices are set unless the request is difficult or complex. Please do not attempt to haggle my prices
•Please send payment as 'Goods and Services' not as a gift. No shipping address is needed
•To purchase a commercial use for merchandise and other products, the price is double

Changes / Refunds

•Full refunds will only be given if no work has been done. If the work is only patially finished then I will give a partial refund if given reason
•Any mistakes on my part will be changed for free
•I give Two free revisions of the logo before I will charge extra per revision. This applies to after you agree to the initial direction of the logo, and would like things added or changed. (Ex: Colors, sparkles, little icons, etc.)
•This does not mean that you can change the entire logo after we have agreed on the initial direction. If you want a major change after I have finished your logo, you will have to pay extra

Uses / Copyright

•DO NOT claim my art as yours
•I have the right to use your logo as part of my portfolio
•I have the right to post it on my social media, unless previously discussed
•I have the right to stream/post my progress unless previously discussed
•Unless you have purchased the commercial rights to the logo, you are not to use it for commercial purposes
•Commercial purposes include: Selling as merch, using on merch or art
•Does not include Using in videos or on Twitch
